ORA Sharables Stage: Opportunities for Ohioans with Disabilities: Let's Build a Partnership!
Kelly Jordan is an Employer Services Manager for the Division of Employer and Innovation Services with Opportunities for Ohioans with Disabilities (OOD). Her team is comprised of the Career Development Specialists for the Ohio College2Careers program, the agency’s Worksite Accessibility Specialist, and an Employer Services Liaison. Her team provides a variety of worksite accessibility consultation and education services as well as assists employers with connecting their internship and direct hire opportunities with college students and recent graduates. Kelly frequently speaks on topics relevant to disability awareness in the workplace at statewide conferences, chambers of commerce roundtables, community HR events, employee resource groups, and diversity education fairs.
