ORA Sharables Stage: Opportunities for Ohioans with Disabilities: Let's Build a Partnership!
Michelle Rinehart is an Employer Services Manager for the Division of Employer and Innovation Services with Opportunities for Ohioans with Disabilities (OOD). Her team includes five regional Business Relations Specialists and the Ohio Vocational Apprentice Program Manager. The team forms strategic partnerships with employers to promote a talent pool of qualified candidates and supports businesses in the hiring and retention of individuals with disabilities. In addition to her current position, during her 20 year career at OOD, Michelle has served as a Disability Claims Adjudicator and a Disability Claims Supervisor.
