ORA Shareables Stage: Ohio Business for Immigration Solutions 

Madison is an attorney and lobbyist who creates comprehensive strategies to help clients achieve their government affairs and business goals. She focuses on legislative and executive agency lobbying, representing clients before all branches of Ohio government.


Madison has represented a diverse range of industries including health care, financial services, engineering, construction, cannabis and hemp, energy, telecommunications, statewide non-profit organizations, public school districts, and local governments - counseling clients on legislative and executive agency lobbying, government contract procurement, political strategies, and identifying and securing economic development and workforce incentives including tax credits and grants.

She previously worked as a practicing attorney at Roetzel & Andress and focused on government relations, lobbying, and regulatory compliance.

In addition, she worked as a legislative aide in the Ohio House of Representatives as well as served as Deputy Legislative Liaison under former Ohio Governor John R. Kasich. During her time in the Governor’s office she oversaw and advised the legislative departments within numerous state agencies including the Ohio Departments of Education, Higher Education, Natural Resources, Agriculture, Environmental Protection, Public Utilities, Public Safety, Rehabilitations and Corrections, and Veterans Services.

Madison was selected as one of only two lawyers in the state of Ohio as a "Rising Star" in government relations by Ohio Super Lawyers (2020). She is a graduate of Leadership Columbus (2019), the Ohio State Bar Association Leadership Academy (2018), and the Columbus Bar Association Barrister Leadership Program (2017).

She is also actively engaged in the Columbus Chamber of Commerce, serving on the Government Affairs Steering Committee for over five years.

Madison graduated magna cum laude from Kent State University and cum laude from Capital University Law School.
