Registration Information: 

  • You will receive an email confirming your registration from eShow and the Mid-America Restaurant Expo + Conference.
  • Following your registration, you will have access to the Attendee Service Center where you can:
    • Review and print your badge credentials
    • View the most up-to-date speaker schedule
    • Sign-up for educational seminars
    • Set appointments with Exhibitors
    • Connect and network with other attendees, speakers and exhibitors

Show Rules:

  • The Mid-America Restaurant Expo is for members of the restaurant, hospitality and foodservice industry only.
  • CHILDREN UNDER THE AGE OF 16 ARE NOT PERMITTED on the Mid-America Restaurant Expo show floor at any time. This includes infants and toddlers, strollers, and carriers. Children ages 16 to 18 are permitted only if accompanied by an adult. This trade show standard is strictly enforced to help foster a professional, business-to-business environment for our attendees and exhibitors. While onsite at the Expo, attendees must carry a photo I.D. in the event that identity confirmation is requested by security or staff.

  • Alcohol consumption is for those 21-years or older with valid I.D. All alcohol must be consumed within designated areas on the trade show floor. 

  • Attendees will adhere to all health and safety requests as dictated by The Mid-America Restaurant Expo, The Greater Columbus Convention Center, The City of Columbus, and/or The State of Ohio. 

  • Refusal to follow any of these rules could lead to individuals being removed from the premises. 

2022 Expo Refund Policy:

Tickets purchased by credit card are eligible for a refund within seven days of the conclusion of the show. Please submit all refund requests to Shoshanna Gross at
