Purpose: All MHOA members are invited to vote on bylaw changes

Meeting Agenda and backup information will be sent and posted the week prior to the meeting.

The MHOA Board of Directors is holding an open time for member questions/comments at the start of its virtual Board meeting on 5/15 at 10 am. MHOA members are welcome to attend.

Note: The 5/22 meeting is being held prior to the Food Truck training that requires separate registration by May 15, 2025.

If you are not attending the training but plan to vote, RSVP is requested (not required) for the member meeting.

Member remote voting is not available, but proxy voting is.

"Voting by Voting Members may be done either in person or by proxy dated not more than six (6) months before the Meeting named in the proxy. All proxies shall be filed before being voted with the Clerk or other person responsible for recording the proceedings of the Meeting."

9 am to 9:30 am Registration and Coffee

9:30 am - 10 am Members Meeting 

10 am to 12 pm Food Truck Training (registration + fee required) 

12 pm - 1 pm Awards & Scholarship presentation, Networking Lunch (for those attending the training only)
