It is now month two of the 2022 Mentorship Program! Please take a couple minutes to reply to this email with answers to the following questions:

  • Have you been in contact with your mentor/mentee/peer? Mentors: If you have not yet heard from your mentee, please reach out to them.
  • Have you had your first meeting? 
  • Do you feel confident you will complete the 6 month program? 
  • Is there any reason you feel we should re-match you with another mentor/mentee/peer?

In your second meeting you will be discussing your career paths and setting some goals to achieve by the end of the mentorship program. This can be a critical time in your mentorship relationship. Try your best to keep up the momentum and excitement from the onboarding process and your first meeting. Good luck!

Career Development Goals Form

Most mentees and peer participants completed this worksheet with their managers during the registration process. A recap of this worksheet was provided in your initial pairing email. Please review the form in its entirety with your mentor/peer.

Set Goals

Set 2-3 measurable goals you wish to accomplish by the end of the mentorship program. Be specific. You will refer back to these goals each month.

Next Month

In May you will be discussing topics related to specific categories highly relevant to the natural stone industry. Don’t forget to schedule your next meeting before you end your April conversation.
