Dear Jonathan:
This email contains guidance for your sixth meeting. If you are behind schedule, remember that you have until the end of the year to complete your meetings and can set your own pace by referring to our webpage for previous guidance emails. For those of you on track, make the most of your last meeting!
Best Regards,

Previous Guidance If you have not completed your first, second, and third meetings, please refer to past guidance linked here. Mentorship Page
Month Six
- Review goals.
- Review individualized agenda.
What's Next?
- Continue the Relationship
If you made a strong connection with your mentor/mentee/peer and respect their accomplishments and career goals, consider sponsorship. Coaching is talking to someone, mentoring is talking with someone to guide them, and sponsoring is talking about someone in circles of influence. Be a champion for them within the stone industry: recommend them to serve on key committees, serve as a reference for job opportunities, suggest them for projects you are working on, nominate them for awards, and more. The end of this six-month program should not mean the end of your relationship with your pair.
Thank You to Our Sponsors The Women in Stone Mentorship Program is offered to participants free of charge thanks to the generous support of our sponsors. We encourage you to learn more about their products and services. If you’d like a personal introduction to one of the companies, please ask Sarah and she will be very happy to facilitate.
