Are you looking to take your board exam or recertify? If so, be sure to join us on Saturday, August 27 at the Somerset Inn for our 5th Annual Hematology and Oncology Board Review and Re-Certification Course. This program was specifically designed to help fellows prepare for their board exams and provide a review of current standards and practices in the management of patients with blood disorders and malignancy.

HEALTH & SAFETY PROTOCOLS
While CDC guidelines may be changing, MSHO is still following all of the health & safety protocols outlined below.
Proof of being fully vaccinated against COVID-19 will be required for all meeting attendees, speakers, and MSHO staff
To confirm you are fully vaccinated, you will be required to either bring in your physical COVID-19 vaccination card, provide an electronic picture of your vaccination card, or show us your electronic card using an app such as Clear or Vaxx. No other documentation will be accepted as proof of vaccination.
If you are unable to provide the necessary documentation, you will not be allowed to attend the event.
As an extra layer of precaution, masks are encouraged to be worn.

· Are not under any self-quarantine orders
