Don't miss this one day meeting dedicated to Michigan Oncology Pharmacists’ education and networking. Increasing costs of care, changes in reimbursement & evolving clinical practice models result in the need for an educational program explaining the direct impact of these changes on the oncology pharmacist.  The Pharmacist Forum Planning Committee have assembled faculty that will help navigate pharmacists through these changes.

This continuing education has been approved for 6.0 Contact Hours by the Michigan Pharmacists Association (MPA). MPA is accredited by the Accreditation Council for Pharmacy Education (ACPE) as a provider of continuing pharmacy education.

      Members: Complimentary
      Non-Members: $75.00

Registration after May 10, 2018 Early Bird Deadline:
      Members: $50.00
      Non-Members: $125.00

** Registration for MSHO's Oncology Pharmacists Forum is complimentary to MSHO Members prior to the Early Bird Deadline. If you should need to cancel your registration you must do so no later than May 10, 2018. Should you choose not to attend and fail to notify MSHO before this date, a "No Show" fee of $50.00 will incur for MSHO Members and be charged to your practice.
