The Producer Price Index (PPI) data presented here provide a snapshot in time of pricing trends for five common
industrial product groups sold by NAHAD members. This report provides a national benchmark and comparison of the latest quarterly data with the previous quarter and the same quarter of the previous year. It represents trends in selling prices received by domestic producers and is a good barometer for inflationary pressures felt at the wholesale level.
