Pooley Inc.'s Mark Balcom Takes Seat on NAHAD Board of Directors

In September, NAHAD welcomed a new member to its Board of Directors: Mark Balcom, president of Pooley Inc. of Buffalo, New York. Established in 1932, Pooley Inc. is Western New York’s premier supplier of belting, hose, casters, power transmission, and material handling equipment. Balcom has worked at Pooley Inc. for 32 years and purchased the company 10 years ago. 

Balcom joins two other recent additions to the NAHAD Board of Directors: Chris Schadewald of Danfoss and Roy Torres of SunSource-GHX Industrial. Balcom fills the previous seat of John Tattersall, who recently passed away. NAHAD extends a warm welcome to Balcom and looks for board member spotlights in upcoming issues of NAHAD News.
