linkedinNAHAD is pleased to launch one of its newest initiatives, the Women in NAHAD (WIN) Program, during the 2017 Annual Convention. This program was created to provide a forum for women in the hose distribution industry to network with their peers and discuss key issues facing women in the marketplace today. NAHAD will launch this program with a networking breakfast where women can discuss the latest industry and workforce development issues. WIN will offer additional insights throughout the year to help support the professional development of women in the hose and hose accessories business and offer insights for companies to attract top-level female talent.

NAHAD Webinar: Old Ways Won't Open New Doors

Speaker: Judy Hoberman
Wednesday, February 21, 2018
12:00 pm to 1:00 pm EST

Just because we've always done things one way, doesn't mean they work in today's market. How do we encourage women to join companies in the hose industry? How do we learn to communicate effectively with each other? How do we create relationships that help increase the bottom line?

Sign up for this webinar and get a preview into the valuable insights that will be shared during the Women In NAHAD (WIN): Women in Leadership workshop at NAHAD’s 34th Annual Meeting & Convention in Marco Island, Florida on Sunday, April 29.

This complimentary webinar will explore:

  • Tools for effective and transparent conversations
  • Ways to create collaborative and innovative environments
  • Resources to provide supportive opportunities for mentorship and growth
