2012 Runner Up: Best Industrial Large Scale
The Pizzuti Companies developed a new speculative multi-tenant manufacturing facility in the New Albany Innovation Campus. Pizzuti’s focus was create industrial space in the emerging New Albany area. This building was developed to offer potential users of the Park the ability to lease existing space rather than financing and building their own facility. The project features were coordinated with prospective manufacturing tenants. NAIOP member, Glavan Feher Architects were also involved in this project.
