O.CON: Industrial Closers Getting Coffee

Industrial Series: Part 1

featuring David Murphy and Steven McCraney

Join your fellow NAIOP Central Florida members on November 5th for the first of our month-long series of intimate lunch-hour conversations on the future of Greater Orlando’s Industrial real estate market.

Dubbed “O.CON: Industrial Closers Getting Coffee,” the series will feature one-on-one conversations recorded in surprise downtown Orlando locations between chapter president and CBRE industrial broker David Murphy, and some of this Industrial Market’s leading closers.

David’s guest for this date will be:

  • Steven McCraney, president and CEO of McCraney Property Company, one of the leading developers and owner-operators of industrial warehouse space in the Southeastern U.S. McCraney has built more than 15 million square feet of industrial property in metro markets and along major highways in Florida, Georgia and the Carolinas.

The conversation will be professionally recorded in advance, and inspired by the visual style of Jerry Seinfeld’s “Comedians in Cars Getting Coffee” series on Netflix.

NAIOP will play the pre-recorded interview for you to begin the hour, then Murphy and McCraney will appear live on the ZOOM platform for Q&A in real time with the audience.

Networking breakout rooms will be available as well via ZOOM after the event.
