Join your fellow NAIOP Central Florida members on November 11th for the second of our month-long series of intimate lunch-hour conversations on the future of Greater Orlando’s Industrial real estate market.
Dubbed “O.CON: Industrial Closers Getting Coffee,” the series will feature one-on-one conversations recorded in surprise downtown Orlando locations between chapter president and CBRE industrial broker David Murphy, and some of this Industrial Market’s leading closers.
This session will feature Brendon Dedekind, Market Officer with Prologis and NAIOP's Immediate Past President.
The conversation will be professionally recorded in advance, and inspired by the visual style of Jerry Seinfeld’s “Comedians in Cars Getting Coffee” series on Netflix.
NAIOP will play the pre-recorded interview for you to begin the hour, then Dedekind and Murphy will appear live on the ZOOM platform for Q&A in real time with the audience.
Networking breakout rooms will be available as well via ZOOM after the event.
