Responsibilities include:
Efficiently work with our team of Marketing Consultants, sales management, and clients in all aspects of television and digital media partnerships
Support team with contract management, sales reports, marketing solutions, and presentations.
Assist in implementation of TV commercial spot placement in programs like Modern Family, Big Bang, DC Legends, Hot Bench on our two broadcast TV stations WLFL- CW22 and WRDC- myRDC28
Coordinate execution of Digital Media campaigns on platforms such as Facebook, Google and YouTube
Requirements:
Skilled with Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, and Word
Be able to learn and utilize industry specific software and research tools, Outlook, and multi-line phone system
Great attention to detail is essential
Strong analytical ability and communication skills
Ability to meet strict deadlines while maintaining accuracy
