We seek a creative, self-starter that is eager to excel in the digital world in order to create and manage content for WITN News and Promotion. The job will be based in Greenville, NC working within web, mobile and on-air media.
RESPONSIBILITIES:
Create, monitor and maintain compelling digital content that both informs and captivates the viewers of WITN’s social media and website. The Digital Content Producer will also be asked to shoot, capture, edit and publish photos and videos digitally. WITN is looking for someone to think outside the box and create new and innovative content that will stand out in social media. This position also requires promotional work, representing WITN at community events and festivals. The ideal candidate will be hard-working, a team player who seeks to actively engage WITN’s viewers and digital media consumers.
QUALIFICATIONS:
Bachelor’s Degree
Communications/Marketing Journalism: 1 year
Social Media: 1 year
Videography: 1 year
Photography: 1 year
An Interest in news is preferred.
