| Description | Beasley Media Group Charlotte is searching for a Program Director to lead the top-rated Country station “The New 103.7” (WSOC) and a hot new Southern Rock brand “94.7 Smoke” (WBCN). This PD will oversee all on-air elements and digital platforms for both brands. Our new Program Director will be expected to be a true leader with coaching ability, a master of PPM fundamentals and a brilliant strategist. All of Beasley’s Program Directors are expected to be sales friendly and willing to assist Account Executives in the creation of programs to benefit clients. Most importantly, we are looking for a Programmer that is highly competitive and has the instincts/skills to win! Qualifications: Qualified candidates will have at least three years of proven winning track record as a PD or APD. This candidate must have history analyzing and executing research data (perceptual research, music tests, callout, etc). Our new PD should be proficient with RCS Selector, Adobe Audition, Nielsen software, and all Social Media platforms. This person will know how to be a part of a team, working closely with the General Manager, Operations Manager, the other Program Directors in the cluster, Sales Managers, AEs, Promotions, Engineering, Consultants, the Corporate Management team, etc. Plus, our new Program Director should come with many positive music and media industry relationships.
