Details:
WNCT-TV, Greenville, NC seeks a creative Newscast Producer. Must possess excellent Broadcast news writing skills and have a creative vision for producing shows. Must be able to handle breaking news, extreme pressure situations, and last-minute changes, while guiding and directing news crews in the field. Ability to edit on non linear equipment a must, Multimedia skills, including contributing to the station's online efforts is an expectation. Bachelor's level degree is required. Experience:
0-2 years experience; one year newsroom experience as associate producer or small market producer ideal. College news production experience considered. |
Requirements:
Candidate must have commanding, conversational writing skills, solid news judgement and the ability to handle multimedia news production under deadlines. The position also requires candidate to be a detail-oriented and a team player with the ability to problem solve. |
