WBTW in beautiful Myrtle Beach, SC, is seeking a high energy, experienced Digital Executive Producer to lead our dynamic digital team. Manager will lead the station's digital content efforts by maintaining the station's digital and social media platforms, including website and apps. The right candidate will have a hunger for breaking news, the drive to win the big story, and the interpersonal skills necessary to manage and train the journalists who contribute to the digital platforms. The manager will be responsible for direct-reporting digital staff members and will publish content to platforms by gathering and writing news stories, images and video, using and establishing sound news judgement. The ideal candidate will be organized, have great communications skills, and understand the use of television, Internet and mobile platforms. applicant should be able to creatively combine news information with additional "sidebar" information, images and video to create compelling content.

Requirements:
Advanced Knowledge of AP style and social media platforms is required, with advanced computer skills including some html authoring, photoshop, various news gathering software applications, ftp software and internet publishing applications. Must have the ability to deliver integrated compelling new stories quickly and accurately, keeping calm during breaking news situations. In addition, at least four years’ experience in a digital content media environment is necessary.
