In this presentation the developers of Hope-Action Theory weave together both theoretical constructs and interventions that are supported through their research. As part of this process Spencer Niles, Hyung Joon Yoon and Norm Amundson use their unique perspectives to create more robust theory and practical interventions. Andrea Fruhling, the Executive Director of the Hope-Action Group and a career coach educator, will facilitate the discussion and will help to integrate a perspective from both career counselling and career coaching. The Hope-Action Group has been using this discussion process over the past year to further develop their ideas and to build online teaching platforms.
