Anesthesia for CPT 10060 for Distal Nail Edge and Culture Taking

Do I need to use local anesthesia for code 10060 if I am doing it at the distal nail edge and taking a culture? In other words does that code require anesthesia

This code does not require anesthesia. However, Local anesthesia is included in these services. If you choose to use a local anesthetic you can’t bill for it separately.
