H2Ohio Nutrient Management Planning Voucher Program
Please use this form to apply for payment for nutrient management plan acreage that has been submitted to the H2Ohio program. The payment rate will be $0.75 per acre of acres approved by H2Ohio.
Eligibility:
Acreage must be outside the Western Lake Erie Basin to be eligible for payment. Only Ohio 4R Certified Nutrient Service Providers are eligible for this payment.
