The Ohio AgriBusiness Association (OABA) will host a two-day Grain Merchandising training course on March 6 and 13 in Waldo, Ohio. The program will provide information on various segments of the grain industry, and will offer an overview of grain marketing with an emphasis on application.
The training course is designed for people who desire a greater understanding of the grain business, such as grain originators, agronomy salespeople, bankers, grain accounting personnel and grain operational personnel. Those on the agronomy side of the business may also benefit from these courses.
The courses will be offered March 6 and 13 from 9:30 a.m. to 3:30 p.m., with registration beginning at 9:00 a.m. The event will be held at All Occasions Catering – located at 6989 Waldo-Delaware Road, Waldo, Ohio 43356 – and is open to both OABA members ($250) and non-members ($300).
