The Ohio AgriBusiness Association signed a letter to Robert Perciasepe, Environmental Protection Agency Acting Administrator, requesting EPA to address “sue and settle” by developing a notification system for stakeholders.
Pursuant to the President's January 21, 2009 Open Government Directive and the Environmental Protection Agency's Open Government Plan, OABA and other organizations who signed the letter request the EPA to develop a notification system that would immediately provide all stakeholders with timely and transparent access to information involving any legal action, or notice of intended legal action, against the EPA.
