Edon Farmer’s Cooperative Association is seeking a CEO/General Manager. This grain and supply cooperative is located in northwest Ohio and has annual sales of $85 million. Edon Farmer's Cooperative Association has four locations in Williams County. The ideal candidate will have 3-5 years of experience in Ag business with a background in grain and agronomy. Must have a strong financial background with excellent employee and customer relations. The position offers a competitive salary and excellent employee benefits.
The cooperatives sales are 80% grain and 20% supply.
The CEO/General Manager:
- Will report to a seven member board of directors.
- Bring new ideas, develop customer relationships and ensure a financially successful company.
- Be a leader in strategic planning, objectives and goals.
- Will have an accounting, grain marking, and agronomy background.
- Be able to manage a great team of employees.
- Cooperative experience is helpful.
- Bachelor’s degree preferred, experience will replace degree.
