Facility Manager

Central Ohio Farmers Co-op in New Bloomington, Ohio

Central Ohio Farmers Co-op, Inc. has a Facility Manager opportunity located in New Bloomington Ohio, reporting directly to the CEO. The ideal candidate will have an extensive background in both agronomy and grain facility operations.

Position Objective

  • Direct, promote, and coordinate operations in a manner that will optimize the cooperative’s market share and savings
  • Improve the cooperative’s efficiency
  • Help achieve the cooperative’s mission and goals
  • Result in outstanding customer service

Position Responsibilities

  • Responsible for driving improved performance, customer relationships, plant asset utilization, and positive employee relations.
  • The ability to lead and coach employees while promoting a safe working environment is required.
  • Developing and increasing the customer base and relations will be imperative to the success of this candidate.

Position Requirements

  • Bachelor's Degree in Agriculture/Agronomy or related field
  • Minimum of 7 years agronomy and grain experience
  • Minimum of 7 years management experience
