  • Comply with all government regulations and company safety policies and procedures including safety training and inspections
  • Follow all company polices and perform all assigned tasks in an efficient and safe manner Fulfill customer orders in an accurate and timely fashion
  • Greet customers in a polite, professional and positive manner
  • Maintain equipment and facilities in a neat, clean, safe and environmental sound condition
  • Monitor equipment to ensure it is in good working order, participate in the overall maintenance of the facility and equipment
  • Operate safely within Heritage Cooperative policy, procedures, and governmental regulations
  • Other grain handling including but not limited to, filling /reclaiming of ground piles, transferring, etc. Perform critical operations to keep facility running such as loading/unloading trucks and railcars Other duties as assigned by your supervisor

REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS

  • Willingness to work extended hours and weekends when needed
  • Willingness to work various weather elements including cold, heat, wind, rain, etc Ability to frequently stand and/or walk for extended periods of time
  • Ability to frequently lift and/or carry heavy objects no more than 50 pounds Outstanding Organizational and Time-Management Skills
  • Excellent Communication Skills Respectable Mechanical Skills

PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS

  • Valid Driver’s License, with acceptable driving record Class A CDL
    • DOT Medical Certificate
    • (N) Tanker Endorsement High School Diploma or Equivalent Previous Grain Experience
