Don’t Forget to Register for the Anhydrous Ammonia Safety Workshop

February 19 in Smithville, February 20 in Findlay

Don’t wait to register for the OABA Anhydrous Ammonia Safety Workshop – this year’s hands-on format means limited space, so click here to register today.

The OABA’s Anhydrous Ammonia Safety Workshop Task Force planned a brand new robust training program for 2013, which features an interactive, hands-on format designed to help participants “learn by doing.” Participants will spend the morning in a classroom setting, and will then move to a nearby anhydrous facility to apply the information presented in the first portion of the training. Participants will break into smaller, more interactive groups to participate in hands-on break-out sessions throughout the facility.

The OABA Anhydrous Ammonia workshop assists dealers and their employees – and local emergency personnel (eligible for member rate) – in complying with Department of Transportation Hazardous Materials Training Requirements for anhydrous ammonia. The training features experts from both outside and within the industry, along with government regulators.
