OABA and More Than 400 Organizations Voice Support for Existing Pesticide Law

The Ohio AgriBusiness Association recently joined more than 400 organizations in a letter sent to members of the U.S. Senate and House of Representatives that affirms these organizations support the pesticide regulatory system in place today under the Federal Insecticide, Fungicide and Rodenticide Act.

The ATWG endorses the draft FRSFMA that includes several sensible and necessary policy measures to level the playing field for agricultural shippers currently operating in a non-competitive system.

OABA Signs Letter to Congress Supporting H.R. 7266

OABA, with more than 150 state and national associations, signed on to a letter to Congress expressing support for H.R. 7266. The bill would amend the Federal Insecticide, Fungicide, and Rodenticide Act to prohibit the local regulation of pesticide use, introduced by Representative Rodney Davis.
