RESPOND TODAY-Ohio EMSC Trauma Survey Targets Providers, Coordinators and Medical Directors
Survey Response Time Extended!!
The Ohio Emergency Medical Services for Children program has developed a series of surveys designed to establish baseline data for Ohio's pediatric prehospital care.
These three surveys target Ohio's entire EMS community and are modeled after surveys that were part of the Research Studies for the Seven Reports on EMS and Trauma Topics (11/03).
There are separate surveys for EMS medical directors, EMS coordinators, and EMS providers. All assessments are electronic, accessible through the links below, and should take 15-20 minutes to complete.
The data collected here will be used to provide baseline information to the Health Resources and Services Administration (HRSA) for Ohio's EMSC
Partnership Grant. This grant is used to improve pediatric prehospital care in Ohio.
Please select the survey below based on your role in Ohio's EMS system. Your input will help determine where resources are most needed for Ohio's children. This survey will continue through January 15, 2006. Thank you.
