Ritch has been in the automotive industry since 1994 and has previously been a salesperson, finance director, sales manager, and general sales manager prior to joining American Financial as a Consultant. Likewise, Dwayne began his automotive career in 1988 at a Houston-area dealership and has been a member of the Automotive Training Academy team for the past 15 years.
