Region B Council Meeting
Holiday Inn Indianapolis at Ameriplex
The next meeting of the Region B Council will be held on Thursday, February 21st, 2019 at the Holiday Inn Indianapolis@ Ameriplex, address, and directions are provided below in the hotel link.
We will follow a similar schedule as in past meetings with approximately the following: The Council meeting will begin at 10:00 am, followed by lunch at 11:30 am. The Region B Council and DME MAC meeting will be from 12:30 pm to approximately 3:30 pm.

We currently have a block of ten rooms for $139 courtesy rate. This rate is available Wednesday night. Please make your reservations directly with the hotel to ensure you are a part of our block.
CUT-OFF DATE: 01/30/2019. To confirm availability at the contracted group rate, all reservations must be received by this date. Rooms not reserved by 01/30/2019 will be released back to the hotel's general inventory. Reservations beyond this date will be honored on a space available basis, at the hotel's prevailing best available rate. Check-in time for groups is after 3:00pm and check-out time is prior to 11:00am.
Guaranteed reservations may be cancelled up to (24) hours prior to arrival in advance without penalty. Guaranteed reservations are held (without occupancy) for one night only. Reservations are non-refundable (24) hours prior to arrival and are subject to a cancellation of (1) one night's room and tax. Current state and local sales tax will apply to all room rate charges.
