AAHomecare Virtual Washington Legislative Conference

The timing for this year’s conference will allow HME advocates to make a strong impression on legislators in support for HR 6641, as well as extending 75/25 blended rates for non-CBA, non-rural suppliers and other legislative priorities, shortly before the deadline to pass a comprehensive 2023 Federal spending bill.  The 2022 spending continuing resolution (CR) is set to expire on Sept. 30.  These spending CR packages and other wide-ranging omnibus bills provide important opportunities to bundle our legislative priorities with other widely-supported measures.

AAHomecare's first-ever virtual legislative conference last year saw HME advocates reach 220 Congressional offices in 40 states without having to travel to DC.  The national association e is once again partnering with Advocacy Associates to deliver a seamless virtual meeting platform that will schedule your meetings, provide background on each of the legislators you will be meeting with, and allow you and your fellow HME leaders to connect directly with Members of Congress and key legislative staffers.

Join us to help reach even more offices this year – at a potentially critical time for much needed legislation to align Medicare reimbursement rates with market reality for HME suppliers.
