AAHomecare Virtual Washington Legislative Conference
The timing for this year’s conference will allow HME advocates to make a strong impression on legislators in support for HR 6641, as well as extending 75/25 blended rates for non-CBA, non-rural suppliers and other legislative priorities, shortly before the deadline to pass a comprehensive 2023 Federal spending bill. The 2022 spending continuing resolution (CR) is set to expire on Sept. 30. These spending CR packages and other wide-ranging omnibus bills provide important opportunities to bundle our legislative priorities with other widely-supported measures.
AAHomecare's first-ever virtual legislative conference last year saw HME advocates reach 220 Congressional offices in 40 states without having to travel to DC.
