Only One Week Out from OAMES Spring Medicaid Seminar - Register Now!

If you’re serving Medicaid customers, you can’t afford to miss the OAMES Spring Medicaid Seminar where you’ll get all of the latest information and updates on everything Medicaid plus more!  We’re also thrilled to announce that Laura Williard, VP of Payer Relations, with the American Association for Homecare will join us to host a great session on a number of payer issues.  Laura is immersed in numerous projects with our state associations including discussions with state Medicaid agencies on the CURES Act, efforts to trouble-shoot issues with Medicaid managed care plans and discussions with a variety of payers on policies and reimbursement including Medicare Advantage, Tricare and commercial plans. 

In addition to Laura’s session, we’ll have updates from the Ohio Department of Medicaid (ODM) staff including Mark Rogers with Non-Institutional Policy and Ava Cottrell and Sarah Bivens on the Ombudsmen team from the External Business Relations section.  We’ll hear the latest on the implementation of the revised HME rules and CMN forms, hopefully coming by summer.

To round out the day, we’ll have a managed care panel presentation and breakout sessions with all of the Medicaid contracted care plans:  Aetna Better Health of Ohio, Buckeye Health Plan, CareSource, Molina Healthcare, Paramount Advantage, and United Healthcare Community Plan.
