Elizabeth Douglass

State Policy Co Representative

Elizabeth Douglass, MPA, RD, LD is an Education Program Specialist (Child Nutrition) for the Ohio Department of Education and a clinical dietitian for The Buckeye Ranch. She has a Bachelor of Science in Health Sciences from The Ohio State University Medical Dietetics Coordinated Undergraduate program, and a Master of Public Administration and Management from the John Glenn College of Public Affairs with a focus on food policy. Professional areas of interest center on food and hunger policy, food apartheid, healthy foods access, and expansion of medical nutrition therapy for vulnerable populations. Actively engaged within the community, she is the current Board President for the Clintonville Farmers’ Market and an enthusiastic gardener on Columbus’ west side.
