This challenging and fast paced position is located within Long Term Acute Care facilities in Columbus Ohio. We are seeking a highly motivated individual who is capable of working both independently and interdependently within our structure of physician and mid-level providers. We service patients who have complex medical conditions to include ventilator wean, wound care, long term antibiotic treatment and patient rehabilitation. Duties include daily rounds, EMR documentation of progress notes, History and Physical, discharge summaries, multi-disciplinary rounds. Requires Ohio PA license, prescriptive license, DEA. Prior inpatient care preferred. Competitive pay with benefits; day position 1 weekend per month and rotating holidays.
