We are currently seeking a qualified Physician Assistant to work at the Ross Medical Center Urgent Care located in Ross, Ohio on US27, just 10 minutes from I275 & US27.
This is a very attractive position for a Practitioner that has interest and skills to work in a fully integrated clinic and practice. Our Ross Urgent Care is a full and comprehensive program that includes; urgent care, occupational medicine and sports medicine treatment and services. The Ross Medical Center full-service urgent care with hospital supported lab and imaging; which includes CT scanning and MRI. I full service therapy and rehab clinic and onsite Pharmacy.
The ideal candidate will have experience related to urgent care; emergency medicine and occupational medicine practice; or background in a related field (Family Medicine/Practice).
Required experience/skills:
Physician Assistant: Completed certification through the National Commission on Certification of Physician Assistants (NCCPA); and licensed by the Ohio State Medical Board. Experience in Family, Emergency and/or Urgent Care Medicine.
Preferred experience/skills: Experience in Urgent Care or Emergency Department environments or some nursing experience in critical care treatment areas; advance diagnostics and electronic medical charting/prescribing experience; skills to serve and treat all age groups in urgent conditions such as minor illness, minor fracture care and splinting, minor wound management and suture skills; treating and managing various work related injuries and conditions; Occupational Medicine; i.e. DOT and employment physicals; Sports injuries and physicals
