HB412 Passes the Senate

 HB 412 passed the Ohio Senate by an overwhelming vote of 29-1 on December 11, 2014. 

Unfortunately, there was a very important but controversial amendment added at the last minute regarding insurance coverage for PTSD for 1st responders. This was not at our urging and part of what sometimes happens in lame duck session.

So the next step is House concurrence which is scheduled for the week of December 15.
