Supervision Agreements to be Managed Online as of June 19
A memo received from the Medical Board states:
The State Medical Board will be transitioning to a new licensing and renewal website over the next week. Currently MD, DO, DPM and training certificates are on the old system. All allied licenses (including MTs and PAs) are on the new system, eLicense.
Starting June 19, all licensees will be on eLicense and all licensing and renewal activities will be completed in this new system. In addition, you will manage all supervision agreements online at https://elicense.ohio.gov. Through this eLicense portal, you can create new agreements and amend existing supervision agreements. All parties will still need to sign the agreement which is required to be uploaded into eLicense. Failure to upload the signed application or the incorrect application will result in a delay in the approval of the agreement.
