OAPA Annual Conference - Call for Speakers!

The OAPA Annual Conference will be held at the Columbus Marriott Northwest (Dublin) on October 22-24, 2009.

The theme for the conference CME is:

Care of the Acute Patient

After the success of the 2004 annual conference that featured all PA speakers, we would like to do the same in 2009.

The theme lends itself to sessions on many specialties including emergency medicine, family practice, pediatrics, surgery and more.

Learning objectives would be:
1. Describe the acute condition
2. Discuss the exam findings
3. Review preferred diagnostics
4. Identify current treatments

We hope that many of you will be willing to share your expertise in your specialty with your fellow PAs. As an incentive, OAPA will offer free registration for the entire conference and one night lodging at the hotel.
