Job Description

The Court of Common Pleas, General Division, is seeking an individual to serve as a Court Reporter. Under
the direct supervision of the Court Administrator and Deputy Court Administrator, this position will be responsible for recording verbatim notes of Court proceedings and hearings, and for providing accurate transcripts of these notes as required. Equipment provided. Salary of $42,500.00 supplemented by transcript fees.

Qualifications

Must possess a high school diploma or general education degree (GED) and diploma; and courtroom and/or freelance experience as a Court Reporter. Registered Professional Reporter certification is highly preferred. Must be able to write realtime.
