NOTICE TO MEMBERSHIP: Special Meeting of the Ohio Court Reporters Association

Nominations and Slate of 2020-2021 Board of Directors

Pursuant to Article VIII, Sections 2 and 3 of the Ohio Court Reporters Association Constitution and Bylaws, the membership is hereby notified that the Ohio Court Reporters Association will hold a Special Meeting on Saturday, May 2, 2020, via Zoom videoconferencing, in order to conduct the election and installation of the 2020-2021 Board of Directors.

Pursuant to Article IX, Section 2(D) of the Ohio Court Reporters Association Constitution and Bylaws, Nominating Committee Chair and Immediate Past President Terri Sims, RDR, CRR, previously presented on February 17, 2020 for the membership's consideration the 2020-2021 Slate of Officers and Directors as follows:
