Block Communications Inc. promotes Wilkowski
Block Communications Inc. has promoted Keith Wilkowski, a longtime Toledo attorney and former Lucas County commissioner, to be the company’s new director of legal and governmental affairs.
Mr. Wilkowski, 60, had spent the last two years as the vice president of business and legal affairs at Buckeye Broadband, a subsidiary of Block Communications. Block Communications also owns The Blade, Buckeye Telesystem, and the Pittsburgh Post-Gazette. It also owns television stations in Lima, Ohio, Louisville, Boise, and Decatur, Ill.; MaxxSouth Broadband in Mississippi/Alabama, and Line System Inc., a commercial telephone and data company located in West Chester, Pa.
