POWRi Lucas Oil Midget Racing - June 5th …Exclusively on MAVTV Motorsports Network

Corona, CA (May 23, 2018):  On Tuesday, June 5^th, the POWRi Lucas Oil National Midget racing series, featuring some of the closest, quickest, most competitive oval track racing on television, makes its debut from Bubba Raceway Park in Ocala, FL.  This will be the first of 35 race events, exclusively on MAVTV Motorsports Network.

"We’re excited about airing the new POWRi Lucas Oil National Midget racing series on MAVTV," said Jason Patison, Programming Director for MAVTV. "Our viewers have been requesting more midget racing on the network ever since we lit up their screens with the annual Chili Bowl. This is grass-roots racing at its best."

The POWRi Lucas Oil National Midgets are simply the quickest cars on dirt, with every lap of every race up for grabs. These 900-pound cars are putting out 350 horsepower and racing on dirt tracks from 1/5-mile bullrings to high banked half miles. 

Short wheelbases, but big on power, POWRi National Midgets, almost never have all four wheels on the dirt at the same time, and the drivers work every bit as hard on the straights as in the turns, foot down and fighting the track, the tires, and 25 or more other drivers who want to lead ... NOW.
