Jenn Klein, President

Jenn Klein Jenn Klein joined the Ohio Chemistry Technology Council as president in August 2013. In that role, she is responsible for all of the activities of the statewide chemical industry association.

Jenn has an extensive background in government affairs and association management. Prior to joining OCTC, she was manager of government affairs for Chesapeake Energy. Earlier in her career, she was director of energy and environmental policy for the Ohio Chamber of Commerce, legislative liaison for the Ohio Environmental Protection Agency and legislative aide in the Ohio Senate.


Bryan Bennett, Director of Government Affairs

Bryan BennettBryan Bennett joined the Ohio Chemistry Technology Council as Director of Government Affairs in April 2017. In that role, he manages OCTC’s government relations activities, as well as day-to-day operations and communications support.

Bryan has an established background in government affairs at both the federal and state level.  Before joining OCTC, Bryan served as a Legislative Liaison for the Ohio Department of Transportation.  Bryan has also worked in the office of Governor John Kasich and the office of Congressman Steve Stivers.
