Proposed Sanitarian Rules- Informal Comment Period

Hello-

I wanted to be sure that all of you were aware of the proposed rules regarding sanitarian registration. 

The Ohio Department of Health acquired the Sanitarian Registration Board with the approval of the FY18/19  state budget. Due to the acquisition, ODH needs to review and update the rules as necessary. 

Please see the attached rules. If you have questions, comments, or concerns regarding the proposed rules, please notifying us at info@ohioeha.org. We will be providing comments to ODH on behalf of OEHA. You are also encouraged to provide your own comments to ODH for review.
