New Information Regarding Ohio Board of Pharmacy Renewal Update

The Ohio Board of Pharmacy Licensure Renewal period will open on Monday, February 4^th. You will be receiving an email on Monday from the Ohio Board of Pharmacy that will provide detailed instructions for license renewal. 

Please note that you must renew via paper forms and submit your payment via check. 

Starting April 1^st, EMS Licensure will be moving to the e-licensure system.
