Firefighter/Paramedic - Full Time
Liberty Township Butler County
Liberty Township, Butler County, Ohio, has an opportunity for a career in fire suppression, prevention and emergency medical service.
To be eligible, applicants must have a minimum of six (6) consecutive months as a full time firefighter/paramedic for a Village, City, Township or other public agency or must have been a part-time firefighter with Liberty Township for a minimum of one year. Applicants must be certified by the State of Ohio as a Paramedic and a minimum of Ohio Firefighter Level II at date of job offer.
Desired qualifications include Hazardous Materials Technician and State of Ohio Fire Safety Inspector certifications or have the ability to obtain within one year of hire. Applicants must be physically able to perform all firefighter/paramedic duties. Applicants must have and maintain a valid driver’s license and remain insurable under the Township plan.
Starting salary is $54,756 per year.
