Tom Holland brings more than 20 years of experience in the insurance and preneed industry, helping counselors enhance their knowledge and success. His extensive career includes roles such as Agent, Account Executive, Sales Manager, District Manager, Regional Training Director, Regional Sales Director, Director of Conservation and Field Development, Director of Development and National Accounts, Vice President of Sales and Marketing, and currently, Vice President of Special Initiatives.
He holds the Certified Preplanning Consultant (CPC) designation through the National Funeral Directors Association and serves on the NFDA Development Board. Licensed in Life and Health Insurance in Kentucky, Ohio, Indiana, Missouri, and Illinois, Tom has also taught continuing education programs across the U.S. and all Canadian provinces.
A Distinguished Toastmaster (DTM) and recipient of a Certificate in Management from the American Management Association, Tom has instructed courses in insurance sales, management development, pre-licensing certification, ethics, and marketing. He holds both Master’s and Ph.D. degrees in Marketing and began his career with the Federal Bureau of Investigation before transitioning into the insurance profession.
